Theramu products are currently FDA-inspected and AEA-endorsed. The emu oil processor is an FDA-approved facility. So, the emu oil in Theramu products is FDA-approved. But all CBD products are still under review, including Theramu. However, Theramu is legal in all 50 states and can ship throughout the entire United States.
