Directions: CBD’s effects are highly individual, and this delivery format has a learning curve for some people. Serving sizes can range from 25 mg to 200 mg. To find the amount of CBD that’s right for you, start with 50-100 mg, wait two hours, and increase as needed. Use care and practice with the plunger to get consistent, repeatable doses. RSO is quite thick and sticky, so take care when dispensing. Use the graduated lines on the plunger to get the powerfully effective relief you need, every time.
