The difference with our CBD for pets is that we do not add flavors or terpenes that may disagree with your pet. We also include a measured glass dropper instead of a spray cap so that pets both big and small can easily receive the correct dosage.
This CBD for dogs and cats offers relief from occasional stiffness, soreness and swelling. Pet CBD oil also promotes calm, balance, and stress resilience. It can therefore be useful to give CBD to pets ahead of stressful situations such as fireworks, a move, entering a crowd, or other difficult events.
We use broad spectrum CBD from organic Hawaiian hemp. Broad spectrum CBD starts out as a full spectrum oil and then has all traces of THC removed to below lab detectable levels. The oil retains a full range of other cannabinoids for the entourage effect, but does not have THC, which some studies show may be harmful to animals. This way, your pet gets the full benefits of CBD without any risks of THC.
The only other ingredient we add is naturally flavorless, certified organic Medium Chain Triglyceride (MCT) coconut oil. MCTs found in coconut oil may assist digestion and support healthy brain function, especially in older dogs and cats.
How To Take Pet CBD
Directions & Dosage: We recommend that you mix our Hawaiian Choice Pet CBD into your pet’s food or treats once or twice a day and adjust as you feel necessary or per your veterinarian’s recommendations. Here is our recommended CBD dosage for pets by weight.
